Online Grocery Shopping with the Fast Lane


Do I need a subscription?

Currently, we do not offer a subscription for online ordering. We offer a per shopping trip fee of just $4.95. We want you to give it a try so your first 3 orders are shopped for FREE.

 

Do you charge more online than in store?
No. All the prices are exactly the same. So whether you shop Lynn’s To Go online or shop in the store, pricing is the same including all the Ad specials and non-advertised Dakotamart Deals.

 

What can I buy?
Most items that you can buy in-store. Browse our weekly ad, shop by department, or use our handy filters to quickly find new, organic, or locally made items. If you’ve placed an order with us before, you can use our reorder feature to quickly restock your old favorites with just a few clicks.

 

Can I trust you to choose the freshest items?
Absolutely. Our trained personal shoppers carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest produce and finest cuts of meats. If you aren’t happy with any item, we will gladly replace it or refund your money. That’s our Freshness Guarantee!

 

Can I use coupons?
Currently we do not offer digital coupons that automatically get applied to your order, but you can leave a “note” for your personal shopper which coupons you want to use and they will include them with your order.

 

What do I do when I arrive to pick up my order?
When you arrive at your scheduled time slot, pull into one of our designated Lynn’s To Go parking spots and text the number on the sign. An associate will bring your order out and load it into your vehicle. That’s all there is to it and you’re on your way!

 

Available Stores:
Currently Lynn’s To Go is only available at our Sturgis location.

 

Pickup times:
Pickup times will vary depending on availability. See store details when checking out on the Lynn’s To Go website.

 

Same Day Pickup:
Orders must be placed by 12pm. Once you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please call 605-490-9501 if you do not receive this confirmation.

 

Pickup windows:
There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed for each pickup time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout. Please reserve your time slot before placing your order.

 

Payment:
Credit Card is the only method of payment at this time. We will place a hold on your account 15% above your estimated total to account for weighted items, bottle deposits etc. Once your order has been fully shopped, we will finalize the transaction and charge your credit card for the accurate amount.

 

Tipping:
Our personal shoppers are instructed not to accept gratuity.

 

Product Freshness:
Your personal shopper will shop your order and store it in our dedicated temperature controlled Lynn’s To Go staging area. Our shoppers are trained to pick the FRESHEST products from every department.

 

Pricing:
You will receive every sale price that we advertise in the store. The price you pay will be determined on your pick up day. This is important to know because of weekly ad changes, etc. For example, if you are shopping on Monday for a Tuesday pickup, the price of your basket will be based on Tuesday’s prices.

 

Weighted Items:
For items that are priced by the pound, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Because of this, your total paid at time of checkout will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total.

 

What if the product I order is not available?
During the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. If an item is out of stock we will make an appropriate substitution if available. If we substitute an Ad item, you will pay the same Ad price on the substituted item.

 

Can I order Alcohol or Tobacco online?
Orders containing alcoholic beverages and tobacco (where sold) will be available for pickup. Prior to handing the customer their order, our employees must check your driver's license to verify age. If an adult over the age of 21 is not present at the time of pickup any alcohol products will be removed from the order. Tobacco purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and also have valid proof of age or the tobacco items will be removed from the order.

 

Who is authorized to pick up my online order?
You or a responsible person must pick up your order at the scheduled pickup time. If your order includes alcohol, you or your designated recipient must be 21 years of age or older.

 

Do you offer online prescription refills?
We do not offer pharmacy prescription pickups at this time.

 

What if I need to return a product I received in my order?
Product returns for online orders will be handled the same as in-store shopping orders. Simply bring the product and your receipt to the customer service counter and we will take care of you there.
